Kaizer Chiefs dropped points for the second consecutive game in the DStv Premiership after they rescued a 2-2 draw against TS Galaxy on Wednesday evening. SLSiya MORE:
Chiefs made four changes from their defeat against Chippa United, as goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma, Zitha Kwinika, Khama Billiat and George Matlou were recalled while former Amakhosi striker Bernard Parker started from bench for Galaxy.
Chiefs continued to put together a string of passes without resistance from the Rockets but they were were not clinical in front of goal and Sead Ramovic made a change on the half-hour mark as Parker came on for Lifa Hlongwane for a change of approach going forward. The Glamour Boys were punished just before the interval from another long ball in the box after Djakaridja Traore powered home a header from a cross by Tshegofatso Nyama to give Galaxy the lead.
Chiefs pinned back Galaxy in their own half early in the second stanza but lacked the decisive pass and around the hour-mark Zwane made an attacking change, as Kgaogelo Sekgota replaced Matlou.
