A Lanarkshire man is hoping to overcome his fear of heights to take the lead and help rescue dogs after adopting a beloved pooch of his own.

"After many, long conversations, we decided to go for it and at the end of May we were lucky enough to be accepted by Dogs Trust and he came home with us.” "He was such a beautiful puppy who simply needed owners who could channel his energy, and along came John and Claire. They are the perfect match. "This will definitely push me to my limit but it’s worth it to help Dogs Trust continue to do the amazing work it does for dogs in need.
