Forty-two units of Primal Patties for Dogs Beef Formula, sold in B.C. between April and July, pose a risk of cross-contamination and illness, Health Canada said Friday.urges consumers to immediately stop using and dispose of the recalled product, which has the lot code number W10068709 and a best before date of May 23, 2023.
“Symptoms of infection may include nausea, vomiting, aches, fever, and diarrhea, and may lead to more serious issues such as meningitis and abortion,” it said.
