The CDC recommends people over 50 and those with compromised immune systems get a second booster shot.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday

But it is most critical for those at higher risk. The shot is also important for those who had received Johnson & Johnson’s single-dose vaccine after a“They really need an mRNA booster,” Cennimo said of those who received the J&J vaccine.Not every expert thinks those in good health need a fourth vaccine dose.
