The committee in recent months has turned its attention to activities by Trump and his inner circle leading up to a mob storming the Capitol in an effort to prevent the certification of the 2020 election. Earlier this month, lawyers for the House January 6 committeethat they have evidence of Trump and his associates engaging in a"criminal conspiracy" to thwart the certification.
Trump and his allies have made baseless charges that the 2020 election was marked by widespread voter fraud. The extent of how far Trump's claims infiltrated the party was revealed earlier this week. Ginni Thomas, a Republican Party activist, pressed Meadows to overturn the results of the 2020 election"Help This Great President stand firm Mark!!! ...
