The DJ has managed to infiltrate the predominantly male-dominated industry by putting in the effort and time needed to learn the ins and outs of the music business.

“I wanted to become a paramedic but it didn’t work out. I never thought of making my passion for DJing an actual career. I just loved music and I always wanted to learn how to mix music.and Bollywood music. My intentions in the beginning was to do it for fun and see where it goes, but I never expected to get to where I am, and for that, I am truly grateful,” she said.
“I am motivated to do better for them because I know that I am making a difference for them, hence my colourful hair. Many women get judged for dressing and looking a certain way, but I use my hair as a voice to show them that they can do whatever they want. “Their support has got me to where I am now. I have travelled to many places within South Africa through my love and passion for DJing and had I not taken this path, I probably wouldn’t have visit these beautiful places.”
