Discovery on March 14 reported that Chief Executive David Zaslav’s compensation package for 2021 totaled $247 million.
The package, disclosed in the firm’s annual proxy filing, includes $26.4 million in cash awards and a bonus as well as $203 million in options. Discovery shareholders on March 11 approved its $43 billion merger with AT&T’s WarnerMedia.
