In a notice published in the Government Gazette on Tuesday, head of the National Disaster Management Centre Elias Sithole said the NDMC had assessed the"magnitude and severity of the impact of severe weather" that caused the flooding, along with storm surges and gale force winds.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
