Man Utd have battled to successive 2-1 victories against Brentford and Sheffield United to begin building some momentum after a slow start to the campaign.
Manchester United's back-to-back wins against Brentford and Sheffield United have won few points for style, but Diogo Dalot has praised the side's ability to win scrappy games as they look to maintain their momentum this week.
"Every game for us is an opportunity to show we want to build confidence, build momentum. When you win games it’s easier to get that confidence," he said. The 24-year-old was delighted to hear that and is one of the few United players to have met Charlton, who died at the age of 86 on Saturday morning.
