Having spent years following Amakhosi as a staunch fan, which included regular trips from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg, Mthombeni will have an in-depth knowledge about his beloved Chiefs.
Speaking to the media earlier this week, Mthombeni confessed his love and adoration for Chiefs, which led to raucous celebrations from his players when they found out they were facing the Glamour Boys in the last 16.
