Performed by Aaron Jackson, Josh Sharp, Bowen Yang, Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally and featuring vocalist Lauren Evans, “All Love Is Love” is one of the musical’s many songs that could be submitted forThe song was composed by “Moulin Rouge’s” Marius de Vries and Karl Saint Lucy, and co-written with the film’s writers and stars Jackson and Sharp.
“Dicks: the Musical” is a wild and raunchy comedy starring Jackson and Sharp as antagonistic businessmen and long-lost twins with a plan to trick their separated parents. Lane and Mullally play the separated parents who the twins try to trick into getting back together. features as none other than God himself, while rapper Megan Thee Stallion stars as the twins’ suited-up boss, Gloria, in her film acting debut.
“All Love Is Love” is among 25 original songs featured in the riotous queer comedy. Megan, in her supporting role, also delivers a fierce rap and dance number, “Out-Alpha the Alpha.” Sharp and Jackson optioned “Dicks: The Musical” from their original stage musical and screenplay, titled “Fucking Identical Twins.” The pair starred in the two-man show in Manhattan back in 2014, and play the same roles for the film adaptation.
In addition to releasing the single, A24 Music will release the film’s soundtrack album on Oct. 6. “Dicks: The Musical” will premiere in theaters on Sept. 29.
