A 17-year-old boy is accused of killing the 16-year-old girl in a knife attack in August.
CALEDON - Prosecutors in the Deveney Nel murder case in Caledon said that they intended on opposing bail should her alleged killer apply.Her body was found locked in a storeroom at the Overberg High School during a sports day event.It's understood that the pair had long been friends and attended the same school.
The National Prosecuting Authority 's Eric Ntabazalila said that they'd also received a memorandum from a civil society organisation also motivating for bail to be opposed.
