Apartments planned for Plano site along new transit line.

Apartment developer Trinsic Residential GroupThe 325-unit apartment project would replace a lumber yard and commercial building on the north side of Bush Turnpike at J Place.And the development site is located between two commuter rail stations.

“No place outside of downtown Dallas is better served by transit,” Trinsic Residential’s Adam Brown said in a letter to the city. The district at Plano’s southern border is an area that’s seeing redevelopment with the coming of the new DART line and CityLine in Richardson.
