Early morning wind chills reached -7 degrees in Denver 🥶

Temperatures will rise after a band of snow that hit Denver Monday night decreases and dry air spreads across the area. The new fresh snowfall, though, will hinder warm-up efforts and keep most areas in the mid-20s. Denver’s high is 31 degrees.four-vehicle crash due to icy conditionsTuesday night will return temperatures to the single digits with a nine-degree high, but Wednesday will moderate temperatures back to normal with a 42-degrees high.

“We`ll actually see some of the icebergs across the region shrink and melt off through next weekend,” forecasters at the National Weather Service in Boulder said. Then, it’s 40s and 50s through the weekend as Denver gets a chance to melt some of this snow with sunny weather.
