Devotees of the daily caffeine fix are all too familiar with the gradual staining of their teeth, but there's an easy solution at hand.
Dr Shaadi Manouchehri, a London-based dentist who often dispenses dental wisdom on TikTok, has come forward with a "teeth saving hack" for the everyday coffee drinker that she promises is "really easy to implement". She elaborated: "One of the worst things that you can do for your teeth is sip on coffee throughout the day and that's the one thing I personally want to do.
