. “We have the votes," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell confirmed Thursday in Kentucky.the Senate Judiciary Committee officially set the vote to approve ACB on Oct 22. Then, McConnell will bring the nomination to the Senate floor the next day, and is planning to keep the chamber in through the weekend to finish up work on the nomination.
