The defence in the case against five of seven men charged with the murders of the late hip hop star Kiernan"AKA" Forbes and his friend, businessman Tebello"Tibz" Motsoane, has successfully convinced the Durban Magistrate's Court to have court records from Eswatini form part of its clients' bail applications.
The defence has accused the State of having a weak case and poor evidence against the suspected hitmen.
