The lawyer also pointed out Cyluck was a suspect in the minds of police, who conducted a Mr. Big operation on both her and the accused, before focusing on alleged killer Anthony Karl Kurucz.Mother left home 30 minutes before accused was on phone with 911, evidence shows Mahoney argued “there’s a window of time” where Cyluck was at the home where little Jayden’s injuries could have been inflicted.Article content
“There’s certainly opportunity for Ms. Cyluck to cause the injuries to the child resulting in the child’s death,” he said. Evidence showed she left the home at 11:44 a.m. that day and by 12:16 or 12:18 p.m., his client was on the phone with 911 seeking help for the boy.
