€11m transfer 'being finalised'
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says the Reds have agreed an €11m deal with Sevilla for the 26-year-old Argentine defender, with personal terms being finalised. Steve Cooper has so far added three new players to his squad in the current transfer window. Ola Aina has joined on a free transfer, while Matt Turner and Anthony Elanga have joined from Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
Forest have been linked with an interest in the 19-year-old, and were said to be leading the race for the transfer. It was said that the plan was to send the youngster to Olympiacos on loan for this season.
