A 23-year-old U.K. man has been sentenced to 14 months in prison after he was caught selling cannabis for the third time - via TheGrowthOp Cannabis news
The man’s most recent run-in with the law was in breach of a community order, the Exeter Crown Court heard earlier this week.
Five months after his first arrest, the man was found with about 70 grams of cannabis and a large sum of money. He was released under investigation, but was caught two months later in near “identical circumstances,” noted the judge presiding over the case.Article content The man pleaded guilty to two offences of possessing cannabis with intent to supply and one count of possessing criminal property.
“I considered suspending the sentence and while there are arguments to do that, there are arguments about whether you are a realistic prospect of rehabilitation,” the judge reportedly told the man.Still, the man showed more restraint than a Kentucky dealer who wasThe man was arrested after police raided a home shortly after 1 a.m. and recovered 18 kilograms of cannabis. After posting a partial bond, he was released shortly after 5 p.m. before getting arrested again at 9:30 p.m.
An officer pulled the man over for an improper signal and having excessive tint on the car windows. Inside the vehicle, the officer found about a half-kilogram of cannabis and the man was arrested on cannabis trafficking charges.
