The deadline for officials to recover R4,3-billion back from Ayo Technologies has been suspended.

Ayo Technology does not have to pay R4,3-billion in the next three days according to a court order.

PRETORIA - The controversial Ayo Technology Solutions won't return more than R4-billion which it owes the PIC -- at least, not yet. The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission took Ayo and the Public Investment Corporation to court.It claims the decision to grant the funds to Ayo was not valid.

But the CIPC and PIC have now agreed that the compliance notice can be amended until a new date is set.
