A sneak peek of the upcoming DeadbyDaylight prequel from Titan Comics gives fans a first look at the truth behind the Legion's origin, as well as codes in each issue that players can enter in the in-game store for exclusive rewards.

The new Dead by Daylight comic prequel from Titan Comics will officially uncover the terrifying origin of the Legion. Ever since the announcement of Dead by Daylight's first foray into comics last October, it's become one of the most anticipated releases of 2023 for fans of the asymmetrical horror game. Dead by Daylight is a 4v1 action horror game developed by BHVR Interactive that pits four survivors against one killer in a never-ending game of torment provided by the nefarious Entity.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Titan Comics took to Twitter recently to share the first official cover art for Dead by Daylight #1 by Nadia Shammas and Dillon Snook. The artwork features the four main members of the Legion spattered in blood as rain pours down on them. What's fascinating is seeing Susie, the member with the bright pink hair, in the forefront over the group's leader, Frank. In fact, the founder of the Legion is the furthest away with a focus on his recruits rather than him.

Every Issue Comes With In-Game Codes for DBD Of course, this new comic wouldn't be complete without a few goodies for fans of the game. Similar to Marvel's strategy with its Fortnite crossover last year, each issue of Titan Comics' Dead by Daylight will feature codes that players can enter in the in-game store for exclusive rewards.

Dead by Daylight #1 is expected to drop on May 24, with additional variant covers to be announced. Pre-orders for the series will be available on February 17, so readers can pick it up at their local comic book store.
