SINGAPORE — DBS Bank's online banking and payment services were down on Saturday (Oct 14), with customers also reporting issues with withdrawing cash from automated teller machines (ATMs).
SINGAPORE — DBS Bank's online banking and payment services were down on Saturday , with error messages shown on automated teller machines at several locations.
"Our investigations indicate that the service disruption was caused by an issue at a data centre which is also being used by various other organisations," said DBS.All its branches have reopened, except the ones in Tampines Central, Tampines One and White Sands.
