David Harbour reveals what he learnt from Hellboy failure
, a reboot of the Guillermo del Toro movies, which premiered in 2019 was a critical and commercial failure., Harbour said that he learnt the important lesson to not interfere with an established franchise.
"Let's see. I learned not to f**k with an established IP , that's for sure," Harbour quipped."A beloved and established IP. That's the biggest lesson learned."According to the actor, developing an already beloved and pre-existing character set the movie up for failure before it was even made. "Whatever failures or successes that movie was, of which there are many, the movie itself had such a thing going into it that it was almost impossible," he said.
