You’ll be part of a Cloud Control Center responsible for ensuring the health, performance, and visibility of the client’s public cloud environments. If you are passionate about data-driven decision making, thrive in a DevOps culture, and want to work in a fast-paced, global team—this role is for you.Design and develop AI-driven solutions for monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting within AWS and Azure environments.
Design, develop, and maintain data flows and ETL pipelines to enable seamless reporting and analytics.Engage in proactive knowledge sharing and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.Provide occasional 24/7 standby support for cloud-related incidents .3+ years of experience in BI, data visualization, and database systems.Proficiency in AWS or Azure .Experience designing dashboards and alerting mechanisms.Familiarity with ITIL processes .Experience in Agile methodologies .
Familiarity with REST APIs, container technologies , and serverless .Experience with tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.Proficiency in working with JSON, YAML, and other common data formats.A self-starter with the ability to coach peers and contribute beyond your job scope.
