Jessica Willey Judge Kelli Johnson was arrested for DWI two months after she was suspected of the same thing. Now, we're getting a video of that first encounter. Harris County District Court Judge Kelli Johnson took her second field sobriety test in two and a half months on Tuesday morning before being arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge.
"We're not calling Lt. Katrib, and we're not calling Sheriff Gonzalez," the sergeant pushed back at one point. "This is an investigation into an impaired driver."After catching up to Judge Johnson's vehicle on US-290, the video shows the stop happening in a parking lot on Spring Cypress. The sergeant said he observed her speeding and driving the wrong way on Jackrabbit Road. He also suspected her of drinking and called a female deputy to administer the test.
