Johnson also accepted responsibility for two counts each of theft under $5,000 and breaching probation, from shopliftings at two Kent Building Supplies stores on Dec. 30, 2021, and Jan. 7 of this year. A security video shows Pellerin getting off the elevator holding a pair of carving forks in a threatening manner and aggressively approaching Johnson.

Johnson and Flint then went to a nearby building and broke into a recently renovated apartment that they knew was vacant. While staying there, they lit a fire on the concrete floor to keep warm.
