Danny Dyer has revealed he’s lost more than a stone after changing his eating habits . The former EastEnders star returns to screens tonight for Celebrity Bake Off and viewers will see him looking trimmer than ever following his dramatic exit from Albert Square last Christmas.
Danny appears in episode two of Celeb Bake Off when it returns and, in press interviews ahead of the launch, he was asked if he was still fasting. He said: “Yeah, I am. I am more of a savoury man to be honest. I don't mind a bit of chocolate now and then, but I am not really a sweet man. So being in the tent doesn’t really affect my fasting.”
Speaking about his nerves over his upcoming appearance in the Bake Off tent, Danny said: "I'm definitely not nervous. I have done some really scary things in my time. So this wasn't a nerve-wracking thing. You always want to give a good account of yourself and hopefully learn a few things on the way. But no, I wasn’t nervous, just very tired, very hungover.
