Daniel Radcliffe is unrecognisable in first trailer for new movie
Roku's original film will act as an"untold true story" of Yankovic, documenting the comedy singer’s meteoric rise to fame. Taking on the form of a mockumentary, it will spoof tropes that are associated with the biopic genre.movies, plays Yankovic, who has had parody hits such as 'Smells Like Nirvana'.
In the trailer, which can be viewed at the top, Radcliffe dons an afro wig and is seen wearing an array of colourful Hawaiian shorts in order to portray the satirical musician. One scene shows a shirtless Radcliffe drinking from a bottle of whiskey, while a parody of Madonna's iconic hit 'Like a Virgin' plays in the background.
