Eyewitness News was there as Penny walked into the 5th Precinct in Chinatown accompanied by his attorney. Mike Marza has details.Daniel Penny turned himself in to police Friday to face criminal charges in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard an F train.

Penny surrendered "voluntarily and with the sort of dignity and integrity that is characteristic of his history of service to this grateful nation," Kenniff told reporters outside the precinct. "The case will now go to court. We expect arraignment will occur this afternoon and the process will unfold from there."The Manhattan district attorney confirmed Thursday that Penny would be arrested on a charge of second degree manslaughter.

While more videos have been recovered, none show what happened before Penny put Neely, 30, in a chokehold.
