Former Leeds United boss Simon Grayson says Farke has shown he understands the club
Daniel Farke has shown he understands the Leeds United faithful in his short time at Elland Road, and has galvanised the club and city behind their promotion campaign. That's the verdict of Simon Grayson, a man who knows all about what it takes to sit in the Leeds United hotseat.
“I think it's a big, a big positive for Leeds as a club and I think that's one of the reasons why they appointed him in the first place in the summer," Grayson told Football League World. "He has that experience of winning promotion to the Premier League but what I have been really more impressed about with him is he that gets what the supporters want and need.
“Southampton a little bit in between in terms of they're expected to do it but may not quite this season. The biggest ones, obviously, are going to be Leicester because when they were relegated from the Premier League, they still had a very strong squad from the top-flight days.
