Thursday's forecast calls for a high of 101, followed by 102 and 103 on Friday and Saturday, respectively.Elevated afternoon heat index values could reach as high as 110 throughout the week. NWS meteorologist Bob Fogarty said to anticipate multiple heat advisories to be issued during the next week, including the possibility of an excessive heat warning.
