Jayne Torvill, 66, has been wowing Dancing On Ice viewers with her incredible looks, but she has previously opened up on how appearing on the show made her want to lose weight
Jayne Torvill has been brightening up our dark winter Sunday evenings since Dancing On Ice returned in January, with fans regularly commenting on how incredible she looks.
Others have flocked to Instagram to comment: "Looking amazing and so glam Jayne, Chris scrubs up ok too."And Jayne, 66, has worked hard for her incredible looks – revealing in 2009 that she had lost two stone and dropped four dress sizes. "I just love it," she admitted. "In pasta sauces, on puddings, even with my cornflakes for breakfast."
She cut out cream and stuck to a low-fat diet before taking on an exercise regime personally crafted for her by trainer Dan Little. Lose It! with Jayne Torvill promised to help viewers lose weight with "no ice, just cool moves and lots of fat burning."
