'Very thankful to still be here'
The former Strictly Come Dancing star returned home from hospital and reminded fans to always wear their helmet when cycling, as he said his is the reason he's still alive.He shared snaps his bloodied and bruised face.
"Very thankful to still be here. I have no memory of anything and just remember coming round on the tarmac with paramedics & police around me." "Thanks to Conor the copper, Charlotte in x-ray & Hannah for being so considerate & brilliant in such a busy A & E. So thankful for our NHS." Dan said that he had a "smashed" watch and phone, his bike is a mess and his trousers are ruined, but "I'm still here."
