Police closed the road

Worried residents have out after police rushed to the scene of a crash in Carlton. Officers were called to Foxhill Road, Carlton, following reports of a collision involving one vehicle at 5.15pm on the evening of Saturday, September 10.

Residents living on the road have stated that this is not the first incident to have happened in their area. One woman, whose brick wall took the brunt of the crash, claimed some drivers sometimes speed nearby.Terrie Sisson, 56, who lives directly in front of where the incident happened, said: "My wall in front of the house got smashed in unfortunately. This isn't the first time it had happened."There's this sloped road where cars come down fast.

"The impact looked quite bad. I've seen the wall and that van as well but if everyone's alright that's the main thing.
