Courtesy Dallas Convention and Event Services “It’s inconceivable that numbers will return to 2019 levels,” Heywood Sanders, a professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio who studies the convention industry, said in February, when the convention center design was introduced. “The only question is how close they will come. And at the same time, expansions keep happening.”
