A Dallas police officer was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct by displaying a firearm in public. Officer John Rozell was arrested by the Lancaster Police Department. The department did not immediately respond to a request to provide more information about what led to the arrest. Rozell has been with the department since April 2013 and is assigned to the South Central patrol division. He will be placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation takes place, Dallas police said.
