Dallas' Hoque Global is building 600-acre vineyard resort and residential community.If one of your dreams is to live in a vineyard, a Dallas developer may have something to offer.Hoque Global, which has several real estate projects in the downtown Dallas area, is building a 600-acreCalled The Vineyard at Florence, the project includes a resort, restaurant, winery and home sites.Since last summer, Hoque Global has also been selling 1-acre to 3-acre estate home lots on the property.
“The Vineyard at Florence has gone from a quaint countryside boutique resort to a sophisticated lifestyle venue and community that has far exceeded our expectations,” Davis said.The development is near the town of Florence in Williamson County, almost 50 miles northwest of Austin.
