The floor-length gown from Balmain included a full pleated skirt and a belt at the waist, and Elle completed her outfit with a gold Cartier choker necklace, an elegant updo, and a brick-red lip.Elle is not nominated for an award tonight, but attended the ceremony to support Dakota, who is up for Best Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Television Series for her performance in the Netflix miniseries,'I think Dakota’s very classic. I’m classic too, but with a twist. She’s a little bit more laid-back. There have been times when she’s looked at me and she’s like, ‘Okay, you’re going to wear that?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah.’ And I think she loves me for that, but I kind of make a bolder choice, whereas she just wants to look beautiful and clean and chic.
