The BC Lottery Corporation says someone in the city was the only one in Canada to match all five numbers to claim the game's top prize — $1,000 a day for life.The corporation says once the winner are identified, they will have the option of taking $1,000 a day for life or a one-time lump sum payment of $7 million.
