The DA has called for transparency on all the funds that the department of sport, arts and culture spent in April after it splashed almost R11 million in incentives to Grammy Award winners early this year.

Sport, Arts and Culture Minister, Zizi Kodwa, Ladysmith Black Mambazo members, Albert Mazibuko and Sibongiseni Shabalala and Deputy Minister, Nocawe Mafu at the Grammy Awards gala dinner in May.
