The DA had initially demanded 12 Cabinet posts, the removal of directors general in those ministries, and the deputy president position., following three days of disputes, the ANC’s final offer includes six ministries and seven deputies for the DA, three ministries for the Inkatha Freedom Party and one each for the Patriotic Alliance and Good Party.
