The Highland Park home of actress and celebrity chef D’Andra Simmons of “The Real Housewives of Dallas” hit the market for $5.25 million.
The five-bedroom home, at 3501 Lindenwood, with five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms was designed by local architect Marc McCollom and built by Dallas custom homebuilder Saad Chehabi in 2010.
The more than 6,000-square-foot property is across the street from Abbott Park and other green space, and just north of the shops along Knox Street.“It’s extremely well built,” McKenny said. “The architect did an amazing job with sight lines and bringing natural light into the home.”McKenny said an open house for the home on Sunday had more than 25 visitors over an hour and a half.
