'I just want to know why': Customers left mortified after discovering how their Uber drivers have rated them
Everyone knows that you can rate your Uber driver after a trip - but did you know it also works the other way around? Thanks to TikTok, people have now discovered that you can check your ratings as an Uber passenger using the app.
In her video which has over 2.2m views, she says customers can check out their ratings through the app by clicking on settings. Uber provides you with a breakdown of how your drivers have rated you, showing how many of each star from one to five you have.In her video captioned, “I just want to know why so I won’t do it again”, she reveals that she received four one-star reviews despite her thinking she is the ideal passenger.People were quick to respond also sharing their rating horrors.
Jadeane shared that they had a whopping 40 one-star ratings while Dannielle added “why is everyone getting so many one stars? It’s wild. I swear they do this out of spite.”User Ms_tiac said: “Nah checked mine, I choose to believe it’s the ones I didn’t tip or give my numbers to cos it’s not making sense.”
