A disgruntled passerby snapped the picture behind the houses on Leckethill Avenue in the Westfield area of the North Lanarkshire town. After posting the image to social media it racked 74 reactions and 34 comments. The picture appears to show the hotpoint appliance taking up a majority of the space on the path next to a grassy patch. "The public can report incidents of fly tipping, with details of individuals and any vehicles involved, to the council on 0345 143 0015, and we will investigate.
