'I'm going to jail,' the suspect told her girlfriend after the Sunday night shooting, according to court documents.
Before she died, Beth Ann Schwartz called 911 and told dispatchers she was “shot by Bree” Sunday night in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania State Police said in court documents.
Court documents said Black’s girlfriend heard a gunshot. When she went outside afterward, the girlfriend reportedly saw Schwartz lying on the ground. “I just shot her,” Black told her girlfriend when she asked what happened, according to the affidavit. “I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I’m going to jail.”
