The Crues teenagers have earned their place at the Mina Cup next year
Crusaders' talented SuperCupNI winners have earned themselves a trip of a lifetime to compete at the Mina Cup in Dubai next year.
The Mina Cup took place in Dubai for the first time in April 2022 and the man behind the tournament, Chris Brown, is a SuperCupNI graduate having played for Crewe Alexandra. Brown admitted the Northern Irish tournament was the inspiration behind the Dubai-based competition. “Since moving to Dubai, I’ve been heavily involved in football and now run a football company that focuses on youth development, coach education and football event management and promotion. The Crusaders side produced some big performances last week beating the likes of Plymouth Argyle and Celtic on their way to the final. Boss Lee Finlay was delighted with the efforts of his players during the tournament.
