A former Arsenal star has urged Manchester United interim manager to drop top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo. The Red Devils got back to winning ways on Thursday evening with a 3-1 victory over Burnley thanks to goals from Scott McTominay, Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho. Former Gunners attacker Paul Merson has not been convinced by the Red Devils and feels the five-time Ballon d'Or winner should not be in the starting line-up."They were so fortunate against Norwich City and were never going to beat Newcastle United away from home, so this will once again be a hard game for them."Manchester United are a long way off now and if they somehow manage to get to fourth, it’ll be a great season for them.
"Something’s just not right there. I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes and it doesn’t look good for them."
