The police's Crime Intelligence can't use 99% of the communications of the people they are monitoring, according to RICA judge Bess Nkabinde's report to Parliament's Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence. | gerbjan

In her report to the JSCI, Nkabinde - the judge designated to oversee the interception of private communications - said she received a report from then acting head of Crime Intelligence Yolisa Mokgabudi on 12 March.
