The student also revealed that the rent included access to amenities like a gym, laundry room, study area, and entertainment area.“I can get a full three-bedroom apartment in Waterfall, Midrand, for R11k.”“I pay R12k on my three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Gordon’s Bay!”While many TikTokers remain unconvinced at the rent prices in Stellenbosch, Roxanne believes it is well worth it.
According to this particular residence – MySpace – room rates and unity types across their three venues vary between R7000 – 14 500 per person.
